Conway--.Daisy Hyatt Hardee, age 91, widow of the late George Hardee, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Conway Medical Center.

Mrs. Hardee was born in Tabor City, NC, a daughter of the late James Murray Hyatt and Lela Turbeville Hyatt. She was a member of Poplar United Methodist Church. Mrs. Hardee retired from Belks Department Store with over 20 years of service. She loved flowers and gardening.

Mrs. Hardee was preceded in death by 6 siblings.

Surviving are one son, Larry Hardee and wife Bonnie of Conway; two daughters, Regenia H. Lewis and husband Fonzie of Conway, Connie H. Stafford and husband Jerry of Columbia; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; one brother, John Hyatt and wife Alma of Rock Hill; two sisters, Retha Fowler of Rock Hill, and Edna Manning and husband J.C. of Rock Hill.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday at Poplar United Methodist Church with Rev. George Olive officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Saturday at the church.
