Galivants Ferry.........Bonnie B. Larrimore, wife of Pastor Leroy Larrimore, of Mill Swamp Road, went on to be with Her Lord on September 8, 2006. Mrs. Larrimore was born October 8, 1944 in Conway, a daughter of the late Eddie and Annie J. Brown and Mazie Brown Cooper. She was a lifelong member of Pee Dee Freewill Original Baptist Church and always did her part and more. She was the First Lady of the Church. She along with her husband, gave their lives to the Lord. She loved her family, church and reading and studying the Bible. While others slept, she would sit in her chair beside the window, praying and talking to the Lord. There was no time table for her when it came to the Lord and her family. She was a Classy Lady, who held up herself to the top. She was her husbands righthand, soulmate and strength. He lost his second best friend, but his best friend, Jesus, is with him every step of the way. Our lives will never be the same without our Momma and Daddys, "Sugarbabe" but she is picking roses in Heaven and shouting on the Hills of Glory. Mrs. Larrimore was predeceased by one brother, Bill Lee Thompkins. Surviving are her loving and devoted husband of 46 1/2 years , Pastor Leroy Larrimore of Galivants Ferry, one daughter, Patsy Roberts and her husband, Doug of Galivants Ferry, two sons, Jerry "Buddy" Larrimore and his wife, Heidi and Minister Kenneth Larrimore and his wife, Pam all of Galivants Ferry, two sisters, Elizabeth "Lib" Hattaway and Doris Thompkins both of Conway, ten grandchildren whom she adored and so often sat up all night and prayed for, Bradley Gray, Kent Gray, Candice Gray, Chase Larrimore, Hillary Larrimore, Caroline Larrimore, Tasha Lee, Alecia Larrimore, Courtney Larrimore and Buck Larrimore, two step-grandchildren, Ashley Roberts and Brandon Roberts, and was once again blessed with three great-grandchildren, Lyndsey Gray, Harleigh Gray and Austen Gray, and one step-great-grandchild, Lexi, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Pee Dee Original Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Buddy Seay, Rev. Norman Johnson and Rev. D. J. Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
