Conway… Dollie Jane Bell Collins Todd, age 92, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026. Mrs. Todd was born in Loris, a daughter of the late Irvin Andrew Bell and the late Ida Jane Strickland Bell. She was the widow of Joseph "Joe" Todd of Conway. She lived a life filled with love, laughter, and sweet treats. As a homemaker, she loved baking and cooking. Her love extended far beyond the kitchen, nurturing her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and she loved serving the Lord. She was a member of Poplar United Methodist Church, now Poplar Community Church, where she served as secretary for over 25 years. Mrs. Todd loved singing in the choir and helping anywhere she could be of service to the Lord. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, faith, and sweet memories will live in our hearts forever. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a brother, Andrew Lee Bell; five sisters, Pauline Hamilton, Esther Martin, Martha Tyler, Letha Price, and Pearl Turner; and two grandchildren, Christopher Waddell and Miles Waddell. Mrs. Todd is survived by her loving family, a son, Terry M. Collins (Kathryn) of Aynor; two daughters, Myra Jo Todd Gore (Donnie) of Conway and Karen Todd Stevens (Mitchell) of Loris; five grandchildren, Matthew Joseph Waddell (Emily), Jonathan Dakota Hardwick (Haley), Megan Stevens (Brandon Jones), Laura Collins, and Julia Collins; and two great grandchildren, Deacon John Waddell and Ellison Kate Waddell. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, January 9, 2026 at Poplar Community Church with Rev. Josh Keith and Rev. Robert Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Home Instead of Myrtle Beach. They went above and beyond to take care of Mrs. Todd. A special thank you to Danieka Scott, Shatika Cochran, Nicole Baier, and Kimberly Riggins. The family would also like to thank Myranda, Heather Todd Cribb, Michelle Cox, and Cathy Tanner of Crescent Hospice.
