Billy Fulmer Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Conway…Billy Fulmer, age 81, of Sessions Street, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the Medical University of South Carolina. Mr. Fulmer was born December 26, 1940 in Florence, SC, a son of the late Carlisle C. and Alma Hardee Fulmer. He was a member of North Conway Baptist Church and the Chicora Antique Car Club. Mr. Fulmer retired from Lance, Inc. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Elaine Fulmer, a son, Jeffrey C. Fulmer (Karen) of Conway, a daughter, Jennifer E. Hall (Bobby) of Myrtle Beach, five grandchildren, Bobby Ray Hall (Hannah), Tiffany Oakley (Chad), Felicia Martin (Hunter), Kayla Fulmer and Brady Fulmer (Makayla), two great-grandchildren, Maddox Oakley and Colby Martin, one brother, Jerry Fulmer (Kimberly) of West Virginia, and two sisters, Linda Yarborough (H.S.) of Simpsonville, SC and Jean Barnhill of Marion. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday at Hillcrest Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.
