Jerry Dean Dorris Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mr. Jerry Dean Dorris, 64, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at MUSC Health Marion Medical Center. Born February 25, 1957 on Elgin Air Force Base in Florida, he was the son of the late Arnold and Evelyn Dorris. Mr. Dorris was a member of Juniper Bay Baptist Church and prior to his retirement, he was a machinist with Conbraco. Mr. Dorris was predeceased by his sister, Vicky Skinner. Survivors include his sons, Bobby Joe Dorris of Conway, Chad Wayne Dorris of Aynor, and Anthony "Tony" Harrell and wife Crystal of Conway; his grandchildren, Taylor Dorris, Cierra Dorris, Sophia Dorris, Anthony Harrell, Shea Harrell, and Ashley Harm; his sisters, Pat Morris of Manilla AR, Shirley Bischoff of Socastee (Myrtle Beach), SC, Brenda Spears of Georgetown, SC, and Barbara Cooper of Myrtle Beach; and his half-brother, Arnold White of Tennessee. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel officiated by Tommy Hardee. Burial will follow at Juniper Bay Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
