Surfside Beach….Raymond Edwards Raymond Edwards age 74, died Monday, March 28, 2016 in Conway. Born in England, he was a son of the late Horace and Lily Elsie Edwards. Mr. Edwards retired from Her Majesties Royal Marines with 27 years of service. He enjoyed NasCar racing, watching football especially the Redskins and playing the Euphonium with Festive Brass in Myrtle Beach. He was preceded in death by two sons, Russ and Colby Cain and a brother, Michael Edwards. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Beverly Edwards of Surfside Beach; a son, Michael Allen and wife Laura of Owings, MD and a daughter, Kim Hogan of Surfside Beach; ten grandchildren, Shawn and his wife Katie, Amanda and Mikey Allen, Ryan, Bryanna, Casey, Courtney and Corey Cain, Abigail and Patrick Wick; a sister in law, Glenys Edwards of England and her children, Rebecca and Melanie.
